Sue Your Prof for Marks!
In a precedent setting case, young Jerome Charasse has shown us all the way. Thanks Jerome! He scored an impressive 6 out of 20 on his baccalaureat exams and his response to the teacher who often failed to show up for class was simple: suck it. Turns out Jerome will have his have his wish after all, because the jury is in, and he's going to college. The most surprising element of this whole case, I would say, is that it happened in France, not the USA. A question that will become increasingly important as the years progress is when do I get to start suing students for shoddy work.
