Activism: Dead or Obsolete?
Awhile back, I got a kick out of this article from Wired, and I thought I'd share. It got me wondering if protest is generational, or whether this crazy curmudgeon is actually right. Have new technologies really "blinded" us to the swindles of those in power, or have we just found different ways to react these days? Is "the internet... simply too diffuse to effectively galvanize a revolution" or is revolution itself an outmoded concept?
